These particles encounter the waterjet orifice, impacting and potentially damaging the edge of the hole. When water contamination is greater than the opening in the orifice, the orifice assembly becomes partially or completely blocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are always micro-imperfections in the diamond material. These imperfections can lead to cracks due to the impact force when the cutting process is started and stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does Short Stop Filter work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protects the orifice and on\/off valves and increases jet productivity by trapping and removing contaminants (generated by normal wear and maintenance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It simply and effectively captures contaminants larger than<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>0.0055\u201d (0.14 mm) striking and blocking the orifice.
