A Polish system consisting of a device and a suction-pressure installation for automatic removal of used abrasive from the Waterjet machine tool tank. The advantage of the device is its suction capacity of used abrasive up to 1 ton per hour.

The device is designed for automatic and continuous feeding of abrasive to Waterjet machine tools. The small dimensions of the feeder with a capacity of 300 kg of abrasive charging result in
that it will fit wherever there are problems with the surface of the room where the machine tool is located. It is adapted to be moved with a forklift. Interested?

Abrasive feeding system 1000kg
The device is designed for automatic and continuous feeding of abrasive to Waterjet machine tools. The device is equipped with a pneumatic installation enabling
smooth regulation of supporting the transport of abrasive grains to the machine tool using compressed air by using an additional pneumatic cable. This enables effective feeding of abrasive to a machine tool located at a considerable distance from the feeder or to several machines at the same time. The advantage of this feeder is its hopper with increased capacity. Thanks to this solution, we reduce the operating costs of the waterjet machine by purchasing cheaper abrasive in BIG-BAG packaging (1000 kg).
